Best Weight Loss - Make Sure It Is For You! It probably sounds a touch stupid but have you considered if the diet you're following or considering following actually the best weight loss plan - for you? If you can't answer with an emphatic yes straight away - you might want to have a bit of a rethink.
It is quite common for people to join a weight loss program or diet scheme without actually knowing that much about it. Think I'm mad? How many people do you think went onto the Atkins diet when it first hit publicity? I would happily wager you that at least 50% of the Atkins diet followers joined that specific program either based on comments from a friend or because they heard how much everyone else seemed to be losing by being on it. Effective is good, it's what we are all looking for - but we still need to be sure that what we are about to do is the best weight loss plan for us as individuals. Maybe some of the ingredients or foodstuffs that you need to eat as a basic part of the diet are ones you don't like or, even worse, are allergic to! Maybe the plan needs you to fast for two days first and then live on water and lemon juice for the next two days! (I know, extreme, but believe me there are diets out there like just that!) Not much good if you are a mother with children and need your energy! Surveys among the different diet forums and offline programs have shown that the best weight loss is gained by people who use a plan they understand, that doesn't interfere with their every day life and one that gives them progressive results, keeping motivation, desire and belief high. Online, the best weight loss program is the curiously named Fat Loss 4 idiots?! Strange name - but a very effective program that people are talking about with rave reviews. After a couple of weeks on it and 10 lbs lighter - I'm one of them. Make sure you check it out for yourself and if it fits your life and routine - go for it!
